How to Bulk Delete Callouts in MaybeUndo

Bulk delete callouts lets you remove several demo annotations from a demo without deleting them one by one.

Quick answer

To bulk delete callouts in MaybeUndo, open the demo editor, select callouts in the Hotspot Builder multi-select mode, click Delete, then confirm the deletion.

  • Bulk delete callouts removes multiple demo annotations at once.
  • Use it when cleaning imported demos, old annotations, or scenes that need a reset.
  • Deleting callouts does not delete the underlying recording or scene.

What bulk delete callouts does

Bulk delete callouts quickly removes multiple demo annotations instead of requiring you to delete each one individually.

When to use it

Use bulk deletion when you are cleaning up imported demos, removing old annotations, resetting a scene, or preparing a cleaner version of a demo before sharing.

Steps

Follow these steps when you want to remove more than one callout from the same demo.

  1. Open your demo editor from the demo dashboard.
  2. Select the Hotspot Builder from the toolbar.
  3. Select the callouts you want to remove.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. Confirm the deletion.
  6. Callouts will be removed from the Timeline and Flow.

Notes and warnings

Deleting callouts removes the callout structure, but it does not delete the underlying recording or scene.

  • A deleted callout removes its anchor point, dot, pointer, card copy, timing, and click behavior.
  • Review your selected callouts before confirming deletion.
  • Duplicate the demo first if you want to preserve an untouched version.
  • Use version history to restore previous work if your workspace supports it.
