Refund Policy

Annual subscriptions

You may request a refund within 24 hours of your initial annual subscription purchase or annual renewal by emailing support@maybeundo.com.

If approved, we will refund the full amount paid for your annual subscription purchase or renewal to your original payment method.

Requests received after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your MaybeUndo account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed. You retain access through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

For billing help or to request a refund, contact support@maybeundo.com using the email address associated with your subscription. Please include your billing date and, if available, your receipt or invoice number.
